Service terms

Website selections do not create orders, payments or subscriptions. Delivery scope, schedule, revisions, total price and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

Total prices

Published prices cover the stated scope, taxes and required standard costs. No mandatory extras are added later. Scope changes are agreed in advance. Web services include 12 months of a standard domain, publishing, SSL and required standard infrastructure. Renewal terms and the total are disclosed before ordering; no automatic renewal. The NFC card includes one physical card, printing and standard delivery within Turkey.

Review and reputation support

Support covers eligible reports about reviews that violate platform policies. A low rating alone is not grounds for removal. The platform makes the final decision and removal is not guaranteed. The fee is TRY 1,000 per review, only after removal is verified; no fee for a review that remains live. Monthly monitoring is a separate scope. No rewards for reviews or selective requests for positive reviews.

Concepts and enquiries

Examples are fictional. Demo forms do not create real appointments. Appointment and reservation services collect requests that staff must review and confirm. Sales, customer numbers, followers, rankings and rating increases are not guaranteed.

Continuation and cancellation

Continuation, changes and cancellation for monthly work are defined in the written proposal. Withdrawal and refund terms are supplied before ordering according to the service and applicable rules. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
