Data and purposes

When you contact us by email or telephone, your name, contact details and the project information you choose to share are used to answer your enquiry, define scope and prepare a quote. Demos create no real customer records. Do not share health data, patient files, passwords or payment card details.

Collection and legal grounds

Information is collected directly through email and calls you initiate. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, quote and contract discussions rely on Article 5/2-c (necessary for establishing or performing a contract); necessary business and invoice records on 5/2-ç (legal obligation); and dispute records on 5/2-e (establishing, exercising or protecting a right). Enquiries are not automatically added to marketing lists.

Drafts and local demos

Project text and demo choices are not stored persistently by this site or submitted to a server. Email buttons open the default mail app on mobile and Gmail on desktop. Choosing Gmail transfers the recipient, subject and text to Google; you decide whether to send. You can copy the summary to use another provider.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare hosts the site; Hostinger Mail and your chosen provider handle email. These services may process connection, security and message records. Authorities receive information only where legally required. Providers may use infrastructure outside Türkiye; transfer conditions must be assessed before adding new data collection tools. This site is not a patient, payment or application processing system.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries that do not result in work are retained for no more than six months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Contracts, invoices and necessary records for completed work are retained separately under applicable legal obligations. Records necessary for an ongoing dispute are retained until the relevant process ends. This policy requires periodic mailbox review; the website does not automatically delete email.

Cookies and security

The site application uses no advertising cookies or local storage. Cloudflare infrastructure and security processing belong to its service. Any future optional analytics and required choices will be described here.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may request information about processing, its purpose and recipients; correction; deletion or destruction where applicable; notification of those actions to recipients; objection to adverse decisions based solely on automated processing; and compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests to [email protected] with sufficient information to verify your identity and describe your request. We may request secure verification; do not send identity documents in your first email. Requests are answered within 30 days. A business address is not currently published on this page.
